Key Responsibilities

Ensure continuous availability and performance of critical IT and OT systems supporting manufacturing operations.
Manage and secure the operational technology (OT) environment including SCADA MES and PLC systems.
Lead the implementation and optimization of manufacturing-specific software (e.g. ERP MES WMS modules).
Develop and enforce robust cybersecurity protocols across IT and OT networks to protect intellectual property and production.
Collaborate with production engineering and supply chain teams to align IT strategy with business objectives.
Oversee IT infrastructure network stability and data integrity to support efficient production processes.
Manage IT vendor relationships contracts and service level agreements for manufacturing-critical applications.

Recommended Qualifications

5 years of experience in IT management preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Proven expertise in managing IT infrastructure networks and cybersecurity.
Strong understanding of manufacturing-specific IT systems (e.g. ERP MES SCADA PLM).
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills for IT initiatives.
Ability to align IT strategy with operational goals and drive digital transformation.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with Operational Technology (OT) environments and IT/OT convergence.
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts (e.g. IoT AI/ML predictive analytics) applied to manufacturing.
Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing-specific software systems (e.g. MES SCADA PLM).
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
