Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot diagnose and repair electrical systems machinery and control circuits.
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial electrical equipment.
Install maintain and upgrade electrical wiring conduit and control panels.
Read and interpret electrical schematics blueprints and technical diagrams.
Calibrate and test electrical instruments and control devices including PLCs.
Adhere strictly to all electrical codes (e.g. NEC NFPA 70E) and safety regulations.
Respond to emergency breakdowns and restore electrical services promptly.

Recommended Qualifications

Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
Proven experience troubleshooting repairing and maintaining industrial electrical control systems (PLCs HMIs VFDs).
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical codes (e.g. NEC NFPA 70E) and safety protocols including LOTO.
Ability to read interpret and modify electrical schematics blueprints and technical documentation.
Experience with preventative maintenance programs and calibration of electrical equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with HMI/SCADA programming and development.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and calibrating industrial instrumentation.
Robotics troubleshooting and maintenance experience.
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as SAP PM or Maximo.
