Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for production technical and administrative roles.
• Manage employee relations including grievance resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws safety regulations (OSHA) and company policies.
• Develop and implement training programs particularly focusing on safety and skills development.
• Administer compensation benefits and performance management systems.
• Lead HR initiatives to support a high-performance culture and employee engagement.
• Drive workforce planning and succession initiatives for critical manufacturing roles.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing HR functions within a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state labor laws including OSHA FLSA and EEO regulations.
• Demonstrated expertise in employee relations conflict resolution and performance management.
• Strong background in talent acquisition onboarding and retention strategies for manufacturing roles.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and leveraging data analytics for HR decision-making.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with labor relations including union negotiations or collective bargaining in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems commonly utilized in manufacturing environments for time tracking shift scheduling or production incentives.
• Previous experience in a multi-site or global manufacturing organization.
