Salary Range: $59000 - $86000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding of production and operational staff.
- Administer employee relations including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with all federal state and local labor laws as well as company policies and manufacturing safety regulations.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration including payroll processing and leave management.
- Support performance management processes including performance reviews and employee development plans.
- Coordinate and facilitate training programs especially those related to safety compliance and operational skills.
- Manage workers' compensation claims and support workplace safety initiatives.
Recommended Qualifications
- 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices employment law and regulatory compliance (e.g. OSHA).
- Proven ability in employee relations conflict resolution and performance management.
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment for production skilled trades and administrative roles.
- Familiarity with workplace safety protocols and HR's role in maintaining a safe environment.
Bonus Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
- OSHA compliance knowledge or experience
- Experience with labor relations or union environments
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience supporting a multi-shift operation
