Key Responsibilities

Lead mentor and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technical staff.
Oversee the planning and execution of engineering projects including new product introduction and process improvements.

Provide technical leadership and hands-on support for complex production challenges and equipment optimization.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g. Mechanical Electrical Industrial Manufacturing).
5 years of experience leading and managing engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
Deep understanding of manufacturing processes lean methodologies and continuous improvement principles.
Proven ability to manage complex engineering projects from concept to successful implementation.
Strong problem-solving skills and experience in driving technical innovation and process optimization.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and manufacturing execution systems (MES) such as SAP or Oracle
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Python R SQL) for process optimization and predictive analytics
