Salary Range: $80000 - $125000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop implement and maintain EHS policies procedures and programs in compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments job hazard analyses and ergonomic evaluations to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
• Lead incident investigations including root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Design and deliver EHS training programs for all employees fostering a strong safety culture.
• Perform regular EHS audits and inspections to ensure compliance identify deficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage environmental permits waste management programs and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain emergency preparedness and response plans including drills and training.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety Engineering Chemistry or a related scientific field
• Professional EHS certification (e.g. CSP CIH CHMM ASP)
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA EPA and other relevant federal state and local EHS regulations
• Proven ability to develop implement and manage EHS programs and drive continuous improvement in safety culture

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience implementing and maintaining EHS Management Systems (e.g. ISO 14001 ISO 45001).
• Proficiency with EHS software platforms and data analytics for performance tracking.
• Demonstrated experience integrating EHS initiatives with operational excellence or lean manufacturing programs.
• Certified as an ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor.
