Salary Range: $84000 - $129000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all federal state local and company EHS regulations and policies.
• Develop implement and manage EHS programs policies and procedures for the manufacturing facility.
• Conduct EHS risk assessments job hazard analyses and ergonomic evaluations to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Lead incident investigations determine root causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive EHS training programs for all employees contractors and visitors.
• Manage hazardous waste disposal air emissions wastewater discharge and other environmental compliance programs.
• Conduct regular EHS inspections and audits to ensure workplace safety and environmental compliance driving continuous improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety Environmental Science Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of progressive EHS experience with at least 2 years in a management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Thorough knowledge and practical application of OSHA EPA and other federal/state EHS regulations.
• Experience developing implementing and managing EHS management systems (e.g. ISO 14001 ISO 45001).
• Professional EHS certification (e.g. CSP CIH CHMM) preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Professional EHS certifications (e.g. CSP CIH CHMM)
• Experience with EHS management software platforms (e.g. Intelex Cority)
• Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodology experience
• Experience managing EHS across multiple manufacturing sites
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to the workforce
