Job Summary
Job Title: Project Manager
Work Location City: Sacramento CA - Hybrid
Type: Contract
The Project Manager oversees the implementation of a KloudGin Enterprise Asset Management
(EAM) system including integrations with SAP ERP and Esri ArcGIS. This role coordinates project planning execution and delivery across business units IT teams technical vendors and the system integrator to ensure on-time high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for the EAM deployment and related SAP and ArcGIS integrations.
Develop project plans schedules resource allocations and risk/issue logs.
Coordinate with business stakeholders IT field operations and system integrator teams.
Facilitate requirements workshops and manage scope milestones and deliverables.
Lead sprint planning and relevant agile ceremonies coordinating with onshore and offshore development and delivery teams Oversee system integration activities data migration testing and cutover planning.
Track progress manage budgets control scope and provide regular status updates to Project Governance Council and Program Leadership .
Ensure alignment with utility standards compliance requirements and operational readiness.
Support post-go-live stabilization and transition to operational support teams.
Qualifications:
Project management experience with large-scale IT or utility projects.
Experience with EAM systems SAP ERP and/or Esri ArcGIS.
Strong understanding of utility operations (electric preferred).
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendor partners.
PMP scrum master or similar certification preferred.
Excellent communication planning and risk management skills.
Support post-go-live stabilization and transition to operational support teams.
