Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and program PLC and HMI applications for manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation system failures electrical issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics control system documentation and Bills of Material (BOMs).
• Lead the commissioning startup and validation of new machinery and control system upgrades.
• Implement continuous improvement projects to enhance machine efficiency reliability and safety.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance and production teams on control systems.
• Ensure all control system designs and modifications comply with industry standards and safety regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in PLC programming (e.g. Rockwell Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Demonstrated experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g. Ethernet/IP Profinet Modbus).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex control systems including electrical and software components.
• Experience with industrial robotics vision systems or advanced motion control applications.
• Solid understanding of electrical schematics P&IDs and control panel design principles.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration (e.g. FANUC KUKA ABB).
• Proficiency with industrial vision systems (e.g. Cognex Keyence) for inspection and guidance.
• Familiarity with database integration (SQL Historian) for data logging and reporting.
• Experience with high-level programming languages (e.g. Python C#) for custom applications or data analysis.
