Key Responsibilities

Design develop and implement automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
Program configure and troubleshoot PLCs HMIs SCADA systems and industrial robots.
Optimize existing automation systems to improve efficiency reliability and throughput.
Conduct root cause analysis and resolve complex issues related to automated equipment and controls.
Develop and maintain technical documentation including schematics programming logic and operational manuals.
Collaborate with production maintenance and engineering teams to integrate new technologies and processes.
Support the installation commissioning and validation of new automation equipment and upgrades.

Recommended Qualifications

Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g. Rockwell Siemens) and troubleshooting.
Experience with industrial robotics (e.g. FANUC KUKA ABB) programming and integration.
Expertise in SCADA/HMI system design configuration and maintenance.
Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g. Ethernet/IP Profinet Modbus).
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics P&IDs and mechanical drawings.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g. Cognex Keyence).
Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or ERP integration.
Proficiency in object-oriented programming (e.g. C# Python) for custom applications or data analysis.
Knowledge of industrial data historians and reporting tools.
