The Electronics Technician is responsible for assembling testing troubleshooting repairing and maintaining electronic equipment and systems. This role supports engineering manufacturing or field operations by ensuring all electronic components function reliably and meet quality standards.Key Responsibilities- Install inspect test and repair electronic equipment components and systems.
- Troubleshoot malfunctioning circuits using test instruments such as multimeters oscilloscopes and signal generators.
- Assemble and solder components on PCBs (through-hole and SMD).
- Interpret technical drawings schematics wiring diagrams and datasheets.
- Perform preventive maintenance and calibrations on electronic devices.
- Document repairs test results and maintenance actions in logs or digital systems.
- Support engineers in prototype development product testing and design modifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards ESD practices and industry regulations.
- Maintain inventory of electronic parts and testing equipment.
- Provide technical support to internal teams or customers when needed.
