Job Summary

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to lead end-to-end system
development and solution implementation projects

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system analysis excellent
project management skills and proven experience in delivering IT solutions particularly in the manufacturing industry

You will be responsible for managing project scope schedule resources risks and
stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage projects from end to end including scratch system development
and solution package implementation.
Develop comprehensive project plans and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
Manage project scope schedule resources and ensure delivery within timeline and budget
Identify issues analyze root causes and create effective countermeasure or recovery plans
Coordinate and communicate effectively with both customers and vendors.
Manage Change Requests (CR) risks and implement preventive measures
Review project deliverables such as requirement definition design documents and
related materials.
Prepare and present project reports for customers and internal management.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in IT Computer Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in Project Management for scratch system development projects.
Strong background as System Analyst including: Requirement gathering & analysis
To-Be operation flow design GUI design DB design and system interface design
Test case creation and execution of system tests
Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English (verbal and written).
Strong leadership problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing industry projects.
Familiarity with one or more of the following systems/solutions:
o Production Visualization System
o Production Planning System
o Warehouse Management System (WMS)
o Procurement Management System
o Quality Control (QC) Management System
o IoT Solutions (machine connection sensors etc.)
Presales experience will be a strong plus
