We are seeking skilled and motivated Multilingual B2B Technical Support Specialists to join a global team in Lisbon Portugal supporting the advertising products of a leading technology company. This is a vital role focused on resolving technical issues and driving customer satisfaction for business clients (advertisers).
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting: Handle and resolve end-to-end product troubleshooting and technical customer support requests via email and chat channels for our clients advertising products.
- Collaboration & Resolution: Own and drive complex query resolution through collaboration with internal Product Operations and Engineering groups.
- Service Excellence: Drive overall Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) metrics and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Proactive Improvement: Continuously seek out and execute initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality and the overall user experience.
- Client Education: Partner with in-house technical specialists to educate advertisers on new product features and common issue resolution types.
Required Qualifications:
- Multilingual Fluency (Required): Must be fluent (C1/C2 level) in ONE of the following languages: Spanish Arabic Italian French or German.
- English Proficiency: Advanced working knowledge of English (B2 level) is mandatory for training and internal communication.
- Technical Aptitude: Proven ability to handle and resolve product troubleshooting and technical support issues.
- Communication: Excellent written communication skills for professional interactions via email and chat.
- Contract & Start: Commitment to an on-site permanent role in Lisbon Portugal starting mid-January 2026.
