About the Role
As a Business Development Representative for the German market you will play a critical role in driving the sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying new prospects. Your focus will be on creating meaningful connections presenting the companys solutions effectively and scheduling opportunities for the wider sales team. This role combines independent initiative with collaboration in a fast-growing international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients in the German market
- Conduct outreach through calls emails and digital channels to generate leads
- Present products and solutions to prospects addressing their needs and challenges
- Qualify opportunities and set up meetings or demos for the account executives
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize prospecting strategies
- Provide feedback and insights to improve messaging targeting and conversion rates
Requirements
- Native or fluent German speaker with strong English communication skills
- Experience in sales business development or lead generation is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented with the drive to exceed KPIs and contribute to revenue growth
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
