Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Industrial Engineer with a specialization in Business Organization or a related field. The ideal candidate is proactive analytical and eager to grow within an industrial environment. A minimum English level of B2 is required.
Tasks
- Monitor and support industrial software solutions across the business.
- Assist in project follow-up coordination and reporting.
- Participate in the implementation of new technological or organizational solutions
- Provide first-line support to business users ensuring smooth operation of systems and processes.
- Track and document incidents ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in industrial engineering Business Organization or a related discipline.
- Minimum B2 level of English.
- Knowledge of industrial processes and manufacturing environments.
- Understanding software systems and experience with office productivity tools.
- Valid driving licence and availability to travel when required.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a structured and results-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in industrial environments internships or university projects related to operations or technology.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies or digital transformation initiatives.
