Tasks

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the DACH region you will be laser-focused on generating pipeline and setting up high-quality meetings for our Account Executives (AEs). We are looking for a person who is hungry for success extremely motivated and positive. If you excel at your role after 1 or 2 years you will be promoted to Team Lead SDR or Account Executive. You will be reporting into the Head of Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Your #1 goal and priority To create pipeline (opportunities) for our AEs so they can close deals.
  • Prospect & Outreach Connect with our ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and connect via email LinkedIn calls and at events.
  • Qualify Leads Use BANT (Budget Authority Need Timing) to qualify the opportunity.
  • Book Sales Meetings Secure discovery calls meetings and demos for Account Executives (AEs).
  • Engage Inbound Leads Respond quickly to website inquiries webinar sign-ups and marketing leads.
  • Use AI & Automation Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator HubSpot or Lusha for efficiency.
  • Consistently Hit KPIs Reach your KPI goals and track your activities in Hubspot (calls emails meetings booked). Data hygiene is very important for us.

  • Ongoing Coaching & Development Your manager and sales leadership will provide weekly coaching sessions to help refine your outreach objection handling and qualification skills.
  • AI & Automation for Efficiency We leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator HubSpot Lusha and AI-powered tools to ensure you can focus on high-value activities not just manual outreach.
  • Culture of Collaboration & Success You wont be on your own. Youll work closely with Account Executives Sales Engineers and Marketing to ensure your pipeline turns into closed deals.
  • Clear Career Path & Promotion Plan We hire top talent with the intention of promoting them. If you hit and exceed your targets youll have the opportunity to become a Team Lead SDR or an Account Executive in 12-24 months.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English is required
  • Previous experience in SaaS sales is mandatory
  • Be hungry for success extremely motivated and positive
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong pitching convincing and closing skills
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative in a B2B SaaS software company with a proven track record of generating successful leads
  • Hands-on experience with various sales and qualification techniques (BANT MEDDPICC)
  • Consistently achieved sales targets and quotas
  • Proficiency with Hubspot or Salesforce (for us data hygiene is one of the most important things)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
