What Youll Be Doing:
This role leads the creation and delivery of retail activation plans that connect sales marketing and retail partners to drive category and brand growth. Youll ensure Dulux brands are presented in-store to influence shopper choice using insights and customer priorities to shape impactful experiences.
Managing a team of three youll oversee in-store activation elements like point-of-sale training content and Store of the Future concepts. The role also involves coordinating sales and marketing forums managing agency relationships and ensuring commercial outcomes through effective budgeting and CAPEX management.
