Handle a steady flow of global enquiries with speed precision and a focus on service excellence.
Own the end-to-end order and delivery workflow to minimise errors and accelerate timelines.
Solve operational issues proactively protecting revenue and strengthening the companys reliability.
Support Area Sales Managers across Europe the Americas and other key markets with disciplined coordination.
Contribute to an upcoming CRM transition and ongoing process improvements.
Maintain rigorous documentation standards to ensure accuracy and traceability.
Build long-term customer relationships and support account growth through exceptional service.
Operate independently when managers or commercial teams are travelling.
Help shape a strong team culture as the Barcelona export unit continues to scale.
5. What Good Looks Like (Requirements)
25 years in export customer service inside sales or technical back-office roles.
Experience in industrial environments is a strong advantage.
Exceptional rigour reliability attention to detail and process discipline.
Fast learner with initiative able to work with minimal supervision.
Strong relationship-building skills with a humble service-oriented mindset.
Natural business acumen and understanding of how service quality supports revenue.
Fluent English; additional European languages (Italian German etc.) highly appreciated.
