The Role
Werelooking for a proactive and results-driven MarketingCampaign Managerwith proven B2B experience to join multi-channel campaignsindependentlyfrom planning through delivery applying insight from data market trends and customer feedback to continually improve results. You will be the go-to person for your campaigns.
Reporting to our Product Marketing Manageryoullalso work closely with ResearchProductSales and Customer Success to ensure marketing activity is aligned to commercial goals and delivers measurable business outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced purpose-led environment:confident managing multiple priorities and motivated by seeing their work directly contribute to growth and better healthcare experiences for children and families worldwide.
This role is hybridin our Leeds office or remote first in the rest of the UK.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
- Plan deliver and optimise defined multi-channel marketing campaigns end to end
- Take full ownership of assigned campaigns managing timelines stakeholders and performance metrics
- Develop test-and-learn strategies to improve engagement conversion and adoption across key audiences
CampaignContent Coordination
- Act as thecentral pointof coordination for campaign content briefing internal and external contributors and editing materials to ensure quality and consistency
- Write and adapt content for different audiences and channels (e.g. landing pages emails blogs social)
- Manage the marketing content calendar and ensure alignment across business units
Performance & Reporting
- Own campaign reporting and analysis drawing actionable insights from performance data
- Present findings and recommendations to influence wider marketing strategy
- Run controlled experiments (e.g. A/B tests) to refine messaging targeting and channel mix
Collaboration & Enablement
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure marketing outputs are effectively supporting commercial objectives
- Manage the creation and maintenance of sales enablement and customer-facing materialsrequiredfor campaigns
- Coordinatelogisticsand communications for in-person and virtual events.
RequirementsNon-negotiable:
- Proven B2B marketing experience with demonstrable results in meeting or exceeding commercial targets
- Experience in owning the planning execution and optimisation of multi-channel marketing campaigns with a proventrack recordof using data-driven insight to improve performance
- Strong written communication skills able to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and formats
- Experience using CRM CMSemailand social media marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot LinkedIn AdsMailchimpetc.)
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Desirable:
- Experience in healthcare and/or life sciences sectors
- Experience running account-based marketing campaigns
