TEAM: SAP Engineering - Talent Management (Recruiting & Onboarding)
The Talent Management product covers all aspects of managing the Group talent pool. The Recruiting module covers gaining new talent for the Group or reassigning talent within the organization - from attraction of the right candidates to job offer (HR marketing job profile management application process selection methodology contract negotiations) through to Onboarding which enables new employees to get connected before their first day and eases their start into the organization.
Qualifications/Experience Minimum mandatory qualifications:
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in any of the modules is a bonus
Minimum mandatory experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration work
- Proven configuration skills in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding (2.0)
- Knowledge in other SAP SuccessFactors modules (especially EC Position Management)
- Recruiting process knowledge
- Routinized use of JIRA / xRay / Confluence
- Exposure to Agile methodologies
- Strong commitment to quality
Essential Skills Requirements SAP SuccessFactors:
- Proven configuration skills in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding (2.0)
- Knowledge in other SAP SuccessFactors modules (especially EC Position Management)
- Recruiting process knowledge
Tools & Methodologies:
- Routinized use of JIRA / xRay / Confluence
- Exposure to Agile methodologies

- Proficient in Application Testing for SuccessFactors
- Exposure to multinational work environments
- Good attention to detail with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
Role Requirements Requirements & Configuration:
- Collaborate with (sub)product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Configure and customize SuccessFactors to meet business requirements
Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Execute SuccessFactors Functional Testing & System Integration Testing to ensure that high quality software standards are achieved at all times
Agile & Collaboration:
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives
Documentation & Knowledge Management:
- Develop and maintain documentation for configurations and processes
- Create and update knowledge base articles
Support & Operations:
- Troubleshoot issues as part of the 3rd level team
- Manage general queries of colleagues and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
Continuous Learning:
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices
