FM Conway is a member of the British Safety Council the Civil Engineering Contractors Association the British Association of Landscape Industries and the Quarry Products Association along with being BSI registered for environmental and quality management.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients during day shifts ensuring quality health care services.
- Manage and supervise nursing staff to ensure high performance and adherence to care protocols.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies providing immediate care and support.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any significant changes to the medical team.
- Conduct health assessments and maintain accurate patient records.
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Essential Qualifications
- Strong background in nursing and healthcare practices.
- Excellent team management skills and ability to lead a nursing team effectively.
- Proficient in handling medical emergencies and operational management.
- Deep understanding of clinical works nursing standards and health care delivery.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Desired Experience
- Minimum of 3 years in a nursing role preferably in a contract or similar setting.
- Experience in ambulance service and medical emergencies is highly desirable.
