Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional analysis requirement gathering and solution design across HighRadius and Ironclad.
- Configure modules based on business requirements including workflows rules templates and integration touchpoints.
- Design user flows contract workflows approval flows and system interactions.
- Execute end-to-end testing UAT support and defect resolution.
- Work closely with product engineering and business teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Prepare documentation such as configuration specs test cases and functional design documents.
- Support post-go-live activities enhancements and optimizations.
Required Skills
- Strong functional expertise in HighRadius and/or Ironclad CLM.
- Hands-on experience in configuration setup and system customizations.
- Ability to design user flows workflow logic and approval processes.
- Good understanding of integrations with CRM ERP or billing platforms.
- Experience with E2E testing test scenarios and UAT.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
