Job Summary

Administration of APPD Platform
Perform Daily BAU tasks for managing the APPD environment.
Data onboarding / Instrumentation of IT / Business Applications & Infrastructure Monitoring
Install and configure APM tools including agent deployment instrumentation and integration with various application stacks.
Conduct performance analysis and troubleshooting of applications to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Develop custom dashboards reports and alerts to monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers operations and business stakeholders to drive APM best practices and continuous improvement.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in APM tools technologies and methodologies.
Document SOPs covering Deployment / Development / BAU tasks.

SAP Application monitoring
Understanding of cloud-native architectures and the ability to monitor applications in cloud environments.
Familiarity with other APM Tools (DT / New Relic HP Stack..)
Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or PowerShell for automation and extending APM tool functionality.
