Job Description: Management Trainee (Shift Manager)

Location: Multiple Store Locations Bangalore

Department: Retail Operations

Reports To: Store Manager / City Head

Role Summary

We are looking for high-energy learning-driven Management Trainees who aspire to build a career in Retail Operations. This role prepares candidates to become Shift Managers and eventually Store Managers through structured training on-floor learning and leadership exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Store Operations: Learn end-to-end store processes: front-end production QC customer handling and inventory.

• Shadow Shift Managers and understand workflow targets and shift planning.

• Assist in daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning.

Customer Experience

• Support in handling customer queries basic escalations and service quality.

• Maintain Printos customer-first approach and service standards.

Team Support

• Coordinate with store teams for daily tasks.

• Assist in task delegation and basic people handling (under supervision).

Learning & Development

• Attend all scheduled training programs (leadership communication store SOPs).

• Complete assigned projects during rotation across Production Front-end and Inventory.

• Demonstrate fast learning discipline and growth mindset.

What Were Looking For

• Fresh graduates / early-career professionals (02 years experience).

• Strong communication and willingness to learn.

• High ownership positive attitude and problem-solving ability.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Open to flexible schedules/shift work.
