In this role you be part of the iOps Services team and reporting to the manager of FMDM. The Finance Master Data Analyst will be working with a cross functional team and will maintain analyse execute requests with utmost quality with eye for details with good experience in General Ledger Cost Center Profit Center Inter Company activities along with knowledge on SAP MDG - SAP MDG (M1P); 3 Instances of SAP ECC: Atlas Fusion and Trinity S4 / MRP; Consolidated System CFIN

Responsibilities:
Knowledge on SAP MDG (M1P); 3 Instances of SAP ECC: Atlas Fusion and Trinity S4 / MRP Consolidated System CFIN
General Ledger (GL) Activity Cost Center (CC) Profit Center (PC) Activity Intercompany Billing (ICB) Activity
Assess and optimize the end-to-end process for GL account creation blocking/unblocking and changes.
Extend GL process improvements to include template company codes for scalability.
Enhance data quality and minimize errors especially for high-volume GL changes.
Standardize the CC creation process ensuring hierarchical consistency across all financial systems.
Address and resolve existing blocking/unblocking challenges to improve process efficiency.
Ensure uniformity in CC-related changes to maintain consistent financial data.
Implement robust processes for accurate creation and management of ERP and CFIN Profit Centers.
Align Profit Center configurations with critical reporting requirements to ensure seamless financial reporting.
Evaluate and improve data consistency in intercompany billing to reduce reporting errors.
Develop and implement standardized templates for ICB processes to enhance reliability and efficiency.
System Adjustments and Other Processes
Manage and validate mappings in tables and Master Data Governance (MDG).
Support supplemental steps processing in MDG for smooth operations.
Create Change Requests (CRs) in ICBW for extensions in CFIN/MDG processes.
Perform improvement testing and validate process outcomes.
Support system upgrades process improvements and testing as they are rolled out.
Provide support for Excel files such as account structure (Lref) or service team communication details (e.g. NATREF).
Verification and support for technical requests raised by steady-state operations.
Address Application Interface Framework (AIF) issues related to master data primarily caused by:
Coordinate with technical teams for ticket resolution when required.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Experience Relevant Experience
Education: Bachelors degree in finance
Relevant years in SAP Master data for Finance Master with a FMCG organization
Good Working Knowledge in SAP Instances: SAP MDG (M1P); 3 Instances of SAP ECC: Atlas Fusion and Trinity S4 / MRP Consolidated System CFIN
A high degree of motivation excellent analytical and conceptual skills and a results and customer-oriented style of working describe you
You possess strong communication skills and a good sense of responsibility
Team player with strong analytical cooperation and communication skills
Enjoyment working in a dynamic team
Very good English language skills
Flexible with Shift timings
Should have good knowledge of Finance Master Data requirements

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Strong Finance background with knowledge on GLCCPCICB
Have a continuous improvement mind set and support improvement projects from data perspective
Advanced use of MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word)
Great at communication collaboration
