Sales Consultant (B2B)

Indian Edu Hub (Ind Edu Hub Pvt Ltd) is an online EdTech platform (founded in 2021) connecting students with accredited undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programs across India. Location: Bangalore India Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

Prioritized responsibilities with clear measurable expectations:

  1. Primary Business Development & Partnerships (High priority)
    • Generate and qualify 3050 qualified leads per month through online platforms (e.g. Google JustDial) and consultative outreach.
    • Conduct 1220 field visits per month to decision-makers at educational institutions coaching centers and businesses to present partnership opportunities.
    • Deliver 812 platform demonstrations per week and follow up to move prospects through the sales funnel.
    • Close 36 new institutional partnerships per quarter ensuring agreements align with institutional needs and company growth targets.
  2. Secondary Pipeline Management & Reporting (Medium priority)
    • Log 100% of prospect interactions in the CRM within 24 hours and maintain an accurate up-to-date pipeline with weekly reviews.
    • Achieve outreach activity targets of 80120 meaningful contacts per month (calls emails meetings).
    • Prepare and submit monthly performance reports highlighting lead sources conversion rates and actionable insights.
  3. Ongoing Relationship Management & Cross-functional Collaboration (Supporting)
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders focusing on mutual value and trust; aim for strong partner retention and positive onboarding feedback.
    • Negotiate terms and finalize partnership agreements that support sustainable growth and reduce churn.
    • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align outreach strategies share market feedback and support joint initiatives.
    • Uphold a consultative and ethical sales approach while working toward monthly and quarterly performance goals.

Qualifications

Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated goal-oriented consultative sales approach with demonstrable lead generation and field sales capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships negotiate terms and close partnership agreements; strong stakeholder and account management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce) CRM data hygiene and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle for regular client visits and territory management.
  • Ability to maintain accurate CRM records work to KPIs/sales targets and produce regular performance reports.

Preferred

  • 02 years of experience in B2B sales business development field sales or educational sales; freshers with a strong interest in sales and education are welcome.
  • Experience in roles such as Sales Consultant Business Development Executive Field Sales Representative or Account/Partnership Manager.
  • Familiarity with specific CRM platforms (HubSpot Salesforce) and a track record of facilitating partnership agreements and pipeline conversion.
  • Understanding of the Indian higher education landscape EdTech products and institutional decision-making processes is an advantage.
