Job Summary
A seasoned finance professional with f hands-on experience in core financial operations compliance and reporting. Proven expertise in managing day-to-day accounting activities supporting financial planning and ensuring timely statutory compliance
Key Responsibilities :
1. Accounting & Financial Operations
Handling end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
Posting journal entries ledger scrutiny and maintaining accurate books of accounts.
Managing bank reconciliations vendor reconciliations and inter-company reconciliations.
Monitoring cash flow and assisting in fund management.
2. Budgeting & Financial Reporting
Supporting monthly quarterly and annual MIS reporting.
Assisting in budget preparation variance analysis and cost monitoring.
Preparing financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
3. Taxation & Statutory Compliance
Hands-on experience in GST filing GST returns and input reconciliation.
Experience in TDS deduction filing and statutory payments.
Coordinating with auditors for internal statutory and tax audits.
4. Payroll & Vendor Management
Processing monthly payroll inputs and coordinating with HR for salary disbursement.
Managing vendor onboarding invoice verification and ensuring timely payments.
5. Systems & Tools
Proficient in Tally ERP / Tally Prime SAP/ERP systems MS Excel (VLOOKUP Pivot Tables).
Knowledge of financial controls and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
6. Additional Skills
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal teams & external stakeholders.
