We are seeking a skilled Media Buyer with solid expertise in app-install campaigns and user acquisition to drive high-quality registrations and first-time depositors for CMTrading and its group of brands. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in gaming or fintech app marketing a deep understanding of Appsflyer tracking and the ability to scale campaigns efficiently while maintaining strong ROI.
Requirements
Proven experience planning launching and optimising paid user-acquisition campaigns for Android and iOS
Hands-on experience with Google Ads Meta TikTok and programmatic buying platforms
Strong ability to set up and maintain conversion tracking using Appsflyer and other MMPs
Experience conducting A/B tests for creatives placements and audience targeting
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and apply optimisation strategies to maximise ROI
Experience working closely with design CRM automation or growth teams to ensure consistent user-journey flow
Strong understanding of KPIs including CPI CPR FTD conversion rate ROI and LTV
Minimum 3 years of experience in media buying for mobile apps gaming fintech or related industries
Proficiency with Appsflyer Firebase GA4 and mobile attribution tools
Proven ability to scale budgets efficiently while maintaining profitable returns
Excellent communication teamwork and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced performance-driven environment

24 years of proven Media Buying experience in Forex / Trading / CFD (mandatory). Hands-on experience managing and optimising high-volume campaigns. Strong track record acquiring traffic from Asian Indian Sri Lankan Arabic/MENA and/or LATAM regions. Proficiency with Meta Ads Google Ads TikTok Ads programmatic platforms and native networks. Strong analytical mindset (CPL CPA CTR ROAS FTD metrics). Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Fluent English; additional languages (Hindi Arabic Spanish Tamil Sinhala Portuguese) are a strong advantage.
