Compensation:Base salary $1500 to $2500 per month plus performance-based variable compensation

Position Summary
Seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead coach and drive performance of our sales team. The outgoing sales manager of six years is transitioning out and this role is critical to corporate growth and team success. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who builds trust and respect with the team while setting strategic goals hitting targets and improving sales processes. This leader will manage one Sales Strategist and two Sales Coordinators and will play a key role in shaping future sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the sales team through coaching training and performance management.
Set clear sales targets and strategies to hit both individual and team goals.
Monitor sales metrics and implement improvement plans when necessary.
Recruit and onboard new sales talent when needed.
Support the team in pipeline development lead qualification and deal execution.
Foster a positive collaborative and driven team culture built on accountability and results.
Partner with leadership to refine sales processes and reporting.
Provide regular sales forecasts and performance insights to the leadership team.
Qualifications
Prior experience as a sales manager or similar leadership role. Candidates with strong sales experience who are highly coachable will also be considered.
Demonstrated ability to lead motivate and retain sales talent.
Track record of setting sales targets and achieving results through team execution.
Excellent communication mentoring and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a growing fast-paced environment where leadership matters.
Experience in B2B sales construction services or professional services is a plus.
