Job Summary

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactiveMaintenance Coordinatorto support our property operations by managing maintenance requests coordinating vendors and ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. This role is critical to maintaining high service levels for residents tenants and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has experience in property management or maintenance coordination thrives in a fast-paced environment and communicates clearly with both internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive triage and manage incoming maintenance requests via phone email and property management systems

  • Prioritize maintenance issues based on urgency and impact

  • Dispatch and coordinate vendors contractors and technicians

  • Follow up to ensure work is completed on time and to standard

  • Maintain accurate records of work orders invoices and vendor communications

  • Communicate status updates to residents tenants and internal teams

  • Assist with preventive maintenance scheduling and tracking

  • Escalate urgent or unresolved issues appropriately

  • Support general property operations and administrative tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in maintenance coordination property management facilities coordination or a similar role

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • Comfortable working with vendors and service providers

  • High attention to detail and follow-through

  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with U.S.-based property management companies

  • Familiarity with property management software (e.g. AppFolio Buildium Yardi or similar)

  • Experience coordinating multiple properties or high-volume work orders

  • Background working remotely or supporting distributed teams
