Job: Student Recruitment Specialist
Location: Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam
ASW Consulting isan Australian-owned boutique talent-acquisition and engagement consulting firm that is focused on providing careers for top talent in the South East Asian market.
Our esteemed client a US-based University is looking for an Student Recruitment Specialist in Vietnam to drive targets while guiding applicants on program choices and admission criteria.
Key Responsibilities
- Agent Collaboration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international recruitment agents.
- Provide training resources and workflow support to meet enrollment targets.
- Monitor agent performance and ensure efficient application processing.
- Direct Student Recruitment
- Represent the university at fairs and recruitment events across Vietnam.
- Advise prospective students on programs and admission requirements.
- Promote the university through calls meetings and presentations.
- Recruitment & Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute recruitment and marketing strategies.
- Use social media events and partnerships to drive enrollment.
- Coordinate activities within budget and timelines.
- Student Engagement & Support
- Conduct advisory sessions and support student engagement and retention.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone email WhatsApp etc.
- Relationship Management
- Build partnerships with government agencies feeder schools and sponsors.
- Support alumni relations and ambassador programs.
- Collaboration & Compliance
- Represent the university at events and collaborate on new strategies.
- Stay updated on international education regulations and join committees as needed.
- Travel
- Frequent travel within Vietnam (approx. 2 weeks/month for 910 months).
- Occasional travel to the U.S.
Key Requirements
- Around 5 years of experience in related position.
- Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources Management or related field
- English is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High sense of responsibility and strong commitment to organizational goals
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively
- Willingness to contribute long-term and grow with the company
