Responsibilities:
As an Account Manager youll be the strategic partner our clients rely on to:
Build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction and retention
Drive client growth by identifying upsell opportunities and delivering tailored recommendations
Deep dive into client goals to craft action plans that maximize their use of the Lefty platform
Onboarding of new clients and providing training on effective platform usage
Lead workshops and strategic sessions on influencer marketing and platform usage best practices
Act as the voice of the customer gather feedback and influence platform improvements
