National Sales Account Representative
Location: Remote (must be near a major airport; Midwest preferred)
At GreenWay Waste & Recycling we are committed to innovation efficiency and sustainable solutions. Together with Affinity we are expanding our national footprint and are seeking a driven National Sales Representative to close multi-property deals manage Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and represent us at key industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve a yearly sales quota of 15000 units.
- Conduct a minimum of 6 new Master Service Agreement (MSA) presentations per month.
- Close MSA contracts while managing multiple simultaneous agreements.
- Assist with large regional meetings and presentations in collaboration with local reps.
- Attend all national conferences including NAA and NMHC and other industry events.
- Refer any single-property opportunities to local reps to manage as the national rep will focus on multi-property deals.
Compensation & Perks:
- Base Salary: $125000 adjusted based on experience and industry relationships.
- Commission structure is uncapped and paid monthly based on signed agreements from the month prior.
- Quota: 15000/yearly
- Phone Allowance: $50/month.
- Car Allowance: $300/month.
- Marketing Spend: Estimated at $50000 annually to support national conferences trade shows and client meetings.

Requirements
Role Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of proven national sales experience within the multifamily industry.
Strong industry connections and a proven track record of closing multi-property deals.
Willingness to travel extensively for meetings presentations and national events.
Ability to manage MSAs and work in coordination with local reps.
Must be based near a major airport preferably in the Midwest to facilitate frequent travel.
Ability to pass background and drug screen. Have and maintain a clean driving record.
