PositionSummary:
EnProVera is seeking an experienced Content Manager to administer and maintain SharePoint sites for the FBI Training Division. The position includes building new solutions customizing pages and ensuring security compliance. The role requires expertise in SharePoint troubleshooting and recommending process improvements. Active Top Secret clearance isrequired.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain existing SharePoint sites/solutions.
- Build new SharePoint solutions (sites lists libraries etc.) as needed.
- Integrate enterprise content with SharePoint to include content formatting personalization workflow and permissions management.
- Troubleshoot problems identified by users and communicate solutions and program changes to technical staff.
- Provide subject matter expertise in the development of the current versionof SharePoint and associated technologies.
- Recommend products innovations and process changes to improve quality of service delivery and management of current SharePoint.
- Be responsible for the SharePoint site customization scripting and web page creation of approved designs.
- Maintain/Develop standardized SharePoint architecture that meets or exceeds all security permissions portal access collaboration and features requirements approved by the client.
- Act as a content manager for various Training Division sites when requested to make changes.
- Recommend effective and creative uses of technology to enhance customers needs.
- Demonstrate best practices in all phases of content management.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in computer science engineering information technology or equivalent.
- Five (5) years of related experience with four (4) years of specialized experience in SharePoint site development and management.
- Coursework/experience in human-computer interaction.
- Strong experience with HTML and CSS.
- Excellent oral written communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working and communicating with non-technical customers.
- Must be able to communicate with both clients and technical staff effectively and professionally to design troubleshoot and implement solutions.
Desired Qualifications:
- Microsoft SharePoint certification.
Physical Demands:
- Daily tasks require sitting for extended periods while working on a computer filing reading bending.
- Light lifting of 1125 pounds.
Mental Demands:
- Ability to present information and respond effectively to sensitive issues.
- Ability to solve problems involving various complex situations.
