Job Overview
We are seeking a junior Web Developer to join our team. This full-time position can be remote or hybrid with work locations in Mohali Ambala Lucknow Varanasi Sonipat or Panipat. The successful candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in web development. You will develop and maintain web-based solutions tailored to clients needs while ensuring a strong online presence and achieving better search engine rankings.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Shopify WooCommerce WordPress PHP and OpenCart is required to design and implement various web applications.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript enhances user experience and site functionality.
- Must have experience with responsive design to ensure seamless performance across all devices and screen sizes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and marketers to integrate visual elements and technical solutions.
- Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them for consistent web performance.
- Experience in debugging using browser developer tools and understanding of modern development tools like Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to devise efficient solutions for complex web challenges.
- Good communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical team members and stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain websites ensuring optimal performance and user engagement for a seamless online presence.
- Collaborate with the design team to align visual designs and technical implementations with client requirements.
- Implement integrations with third-party applications for extended site functionality and enhanced user experience.
- Test and troubleshoot websites to identify and resolve issues promptly ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
- Update improve and maintain existing websites to reflect branding and use the latest technologies and standards.
- Work closely with marketing teams to support SEO strategies and improve search rankings for increased web traffic.
- Continuously evaluate new technologies and methodologies for potential integration and enhanced development practices.
- Attend project meetings to provide technical insights and collaborate on strategic developments for web solutions.
