Sales Enablement Specialist Empower the Future of eMobility

Were expanding our EV charging business across Europe - and we need a B2B Sales Enablement Specialist who can empower our commercial teams to win in a fast-growing market.

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist with a global perspective commercial awareness and a strong interest in supporting sales success. We are seeking a team member who can provide our sales teams with the insights tools and training they need to grow and thrive in a dynamic market.

This role is part of our Commercial Enablement team working across countries and business units to give our sales teams what they need to succeed from go-to-market strategies and impactful sales content to the right tools resources and training.

What you will Do

Sales Training Tools & Readiness

  • Drive Sales Training Excellence: Own and enhance the Sales Training Development Program equipping commercial teams across Europe with the skills and capabilities to sell effectively
  • Accelerate Go-To-Market Success: Support product rollouts and commercial strategies ensuring sales teams are fully ready to drive adoption and revenue growth

Sales Process Content & Best Practices

  • Develop High-Impact Sales Content: Create compelling data-driven playbooks training materials and sales assets that empower teams to engage customers and close deals
  • Maximize Best Practice Sharing: Foster collaboration across markets to scale winning tactics customer value stories and commercial playbooks

Sales Tools Insights & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Support in the optimization in Sales Tools & Processes: Drive adoption and continuous improvement of CRM sales tools and enablement platforms to ensure commercial teams operate efficiently and consistently
  • Build Data-Driven Insights: Monitor sales performance identify capability gaps and use analytics to prioritize enablement initiatives and demonstrate impact
  • Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Work closely with Marketing Product Finance Operations and local Business Units to ensure a coordinated customer-centric approach across all commercial activities

What You Bring

  • 5 years experience in corporate training B2B sales enablement or a relevant commercial support role
  • Higher education in Business Social Studies or another relevant field.
  • Experience with CRM or sales enablement tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Seismic LMS) is an advantage
  • Ability to translate complex market or product information into simple actionable sales guidance
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data dashboards and metrics
  • Industry experience (e.g. energy mobility retail or related sectors) is an advantage
  • Experience working internationally or across multiple geographies is a strong plus
  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to drive change in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Scandinavian language a plus)
