Job Summary

As a Java Tech Lead you will:

Lead the development and integration of enterprise-grade applications using Java 21 Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
Design and implement cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure including Azure SQL and Azure DevOps for CI/CD automation.
Utilize GitHub CoPilot to enhance productivity optimize coding standards and support development efficiency.
Contribute across key areas such as Test Specification Programming Continuous Delivery Security Risk Compliance and Operations.
Collaborate with architects product teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership guidance and support to offshore teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Participate in architecture reviews solution assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support the full software development lifecycle while driving automation quality assurance and engineering best practices.

What You Bring to the Table:

810 years of strong hands-on experience in Java development.
Deep expertise in Java 21 Spring Boot REST API development Azure SQL and Azure DevOps.
Practical experience using GitHub CoPilot for development efficiency.
Strong background working in onshoreoffshore delivery models with proven leadership capabilities.
Solid understanding of secure coding CI/CD pipelines cloud-native development and modern engineering practices.
Good-to-have: Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
Strong communication skills analytical thinking and a collaborative mindset.
Ability to work effectively in a structured fast-paced environment.

You should possess the ability to:
