About Role

As a Business Development Manager you will be a vital part of our sales team responsible for identifying developing and acquiring new partners and customers. You will play a key role in expanding our market reach in Asia establishing and nurturing client relationships and contributing to the growth of our gaming platform for the Asian market. This role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities including sales customer acquisition negotiation and relationship management within the iGaming industry.

Reporting directly to the Chief Business Development Officer you will develop proposals and deliver presentations to stakeholders in both English and Chinese as well as monitor and achieve sales targets according to predetermined key performance indicators (KPIs).


Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Business Development Officer to identify the leads and align with organizational strategy

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends within target markets particularly Chinese-speaking regions. Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate key markets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese-speaking clients partners and stakeholders.

  • Work closely with internal teams including marketing product development and customer service to align strategies and achieve business goals.

  • Establish KPIs monitor progress and make adjustments as needed

  • Optimize operational processes systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and profitability

  • Provide strong leadership to the Business Development and Account Management teams fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

  • Reporting and Communication: Provide internal reports on our products health and results regularly update customers on product updates new features and relevant industry trends.



Requirements

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a similar role preferably as a Sales Manager or Business Developer within the iGaming industry

  • Fluent in English both written and spoken

  • Hands-on experience with software tools such as but not limited to Jira Asana any Data Analytics tool will be considered an asset

  • Demonstrated track record of driving sales excellence and successful strategies

  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Sales-oriented person who loves to reach and exceed targets

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and startup-like environment managing multiple customer accounts and prioritising tasks efficiently
