Job Description:

As a Hotel Manager the right candidate will supervise a charming luxury hotel in Malta working collaboratively across departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint. Were looking for someone energetic detail-oriented and hands-on.

Role and Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day hotel operations including front office housekeeping food & beverage and guest services.
Ensure the highest standards of service and presentation across all areas of the property.
Lead mentor and motivate staff to deliver an exceptional and personalised guest experience.
Manage budgets monitor costs and drive operational efficiency.
Collaborate with the directors to implement strategic initiatives while maintaining the hotels unique character.

Requirements:

Previous management experience in a boutique or small luxury hotel is essential.
Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
Excellent understanding of guest service standards and operational procedures.
Proven ability to manage budgets and drive performance metrics.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Maltese or other languages is considered an asset.
