Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead branch operations drive sales performance and ensure high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills team management experience and a solid understanding of the BFSI or Life Insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead manage and motivate the branch sales team to achieve business targets.
Drive business growth through new customer acquisition and retention.
Oversee branch operations compliance and process adherence.
Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
Conduct training coaching and performance evaluations for the team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Track sales performance prepare MIS reports and coordinate with regional leadership.
Requirements:
Graduate/Post-Graduate (MBA preferred).
58 years of experience in Branch Management or Sales Leadership (preferably in BFSI/Insurance).
Strong leadership communication and team-handling skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Good understanding of financial/insurance products and the local market.
