What you will do:
Candidate should have 0-6-month experience from customer service or sales industry.
Excellent inter-personal/communication/analytical written and verbal.
60% client servicing and 40% business development via emails chats or calls.
Confident of communicating with clients from international clients (neutral accent.
Negotiation Skills Planning and Time management skills are a must.
Proficiency in MS office to prepare and maintain basic reports. Keen eye for details and good memory with respect to clients and reporting numbers.
Should be proactive with a go-getter attitude with a technical bent of mind.
Should be flexible to work for late evening hours.
