Job Summary

As an EcolabDistrict Managerselect train develop and coach a team of sales and service associates to drive profitable growth for the this critical leadership role serve as the single point of contact for customers while overseeing all selling activities and RGG and prioritizing the districts largest growth opportunities to offer unparalleled customer satisfaction and a cleaner safer healthier world.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage a team of individual contributors with an average team size of 9 direct reports

  • Average assigned sales budget of $14M based on team size team experience level and market opportunity

  • Accountable for achieving district goals including sales customer retention growth targets and route model efficiencies through leveraging distributor partners corporate accounts cross-divisionalpartnersand headquarters resources

  • Own profit and loss for assigned area by managing sales budgets defining sales territories to direct market growth growing sales at the projected rateretainingexisting customers and controlling expenses

  • Ensure team achieves key sales and service performance metrics and follows established processes and protocols

  • Recommend unique programs and solutions to customers byleveragingtechnology

  • Efficiently manage leased equipment to control costs

Position Details:

  • Candidate mustresidewithin a commutable distance from College Park GA

  • Territory includes cities within a50 mileradius of the Atlanta airport

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Secondary diploma or equivalent certificate

  • Combination of 3 years mechanicalsalesand/or leadership experience

  • Position requires a current and valid drivers license

  • No Immigration Sponsorship available

Physical Demands:

  • Drive a company vehicle asto perform job duties (pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks will be performed todetermineeligibility to drive a company vehicle)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree

  • Prior sales leadership experience

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The total Compensation range for this position is $95000- $164000 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation such as experience education training geography etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
