Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst/Assistant IT Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the implementation and enhancement of digital mobile and mobile app solutions in alignment with global IT strategies. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements manage projects and provide technical support to ensure seamless operations. Responsibilities
Strategic Alignment:
- Implement global IT strategies for digital customer engagement mobile and mobile app solutions tailored to the local business environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for relevant projects.
Project Management:
- Lead global and local projects including scope definition timeline development resource allocation and risk management.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans ensuring milestones deliverables and dependencies are clearly defined.
- Communicate project progress issues and risks to stakeholders and senior management through regular updates and reports.
- Manage project budgets track expenses and optimize resource allocation.
Technical Support:
- Provide prompt and professional responses to user inquiries and technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Escalate critical issues to appropriate teams and assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Qualifications
Mandatory:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology Project Management or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst particularly in digital clienteling customer engagement or mobile app strategies within the retail or similar industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Business-level proficiency in English.
- Knowledge or experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure) databases (e.g. SQL Server Oracle) ETL APIs CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce).
- Demonstrated project management expertise delivering complex projects within scope budget and schedule.
- Understanding of application development deployment and business-as-usual (BAU) processes.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills both domestically and internationally.
Preferred:
- PMP certification.
- Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with mobile app development processes and user experience principles.
- Problem-solving attitude and strategic thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in high-pressure environments.
- Experience working in collaborative team-oriented settings.
Day-to-Day Activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT strategies with business needs.
- Manage and oversee the execution of digital and mobile-related projects.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth system operations.
- Maintain and update project documentation technical guides and knowledge bases.
- Communicate regularly with global and local teams to ensure alignment and progress.
