Job Summary
JOEM向けプロジェクトのプロジェクト管理を担当頂きますCPjMのGlobal community と協力しながら業務を遂行頂きます
- プロジェクト管理及びプロジェクト目標の達成
- プロジェクトにおける顧客調整連絡窓口
- 製品開発のプロセスを通してプロジェクトに関する計画管理調整モニタリングを行う
- 品質に関わる会議やレビューなどの計画準備
- プロジェクト状況に関してマネジメントへの報告活動
- コアチームの指導及びプロジェクトチームの育成
Project management for JOEM project collaborating with CPjM global community.
- Managing customer projects and achieving the project goals
- Being a key contact to the customer
- Planning controlling coordinating and monitoring a customer project throughout the product development process
- Planning and preparing the Quality Gate meetings/reviews and reporting the project status to the management
- Leading the project core team and developing the project team
Qualifications :
必要な経験スキル
- 自動車産業での勤務経験
- 日本語英語でのコミュニケーションスキル英語TOEIC 650以上ビジネスレベル
- プレゼンテーションスキルネゴシエーションスキル
- 起業家精神
- チームワークが得意な方
有れば望ましい経験スキル
- そふと工学分野での学位
- プロジェクトチーム又はプロジェクトマネージャーのご経験(3年以上
- 海外のチームとの職務経験
Must have
- Working experience in automotive industry
- Good communication skills in Japanese & English
- Japanese: Business - Native level
- English: Business level (>TOEIC 650)
- Presentation skills / negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Safe appearance and good manners.
- High degree of communication and teamwork
Nice to have
- Bachelor of SW Engineering
- >3 years of experience in project team or project management
- Working experience with international teams
