X-Ray Technician
Location: Atlanta GA 30303
Contract Duration: 8 Weeks
Shift: MondayFriday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $40$44 per hour
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking X-Ray Technicianfor an exciting job in Atlanta GA.
Responsibilities:
Perform general X-ray and OR imaging procedures.
Support imaging needs in the OR Emergency Department inpatient units and portable settings.
Operate radiologic and fluoroscopic equipment.
Evaluate images for accuracy and technical quality.
Utilize EMR systems (EPIC) and PACS (Sectra).
Use equipment including Philips CareStream and similar systems.
Float between departments as required.
Work with students and complete competency check-offs as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in a Level 1 trauma center or 23 years in a large Level 2 trauma facility.
Must be willing to learn pediatric and neonatal imaging.
ARRT certification required.
BLS certification required.
Graduate of a JRCERT/ARRT accredited program.
Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
