Location: Hotel on North Pittsfield MA
Job Summary:
Hotel on North is a modern boutique hotel in the center of Pittsfield. We are looking for a reliable and detail oriented Full Time Night Auditor to join our overnight team. This role combines guest service with nightly auditing responsibilities. You will handle check ins and check outs assist guests throughout the night complete the daily audit to ensure accurate financial records and maintain a neat lobby and front desk area by restocking amenities and resetting the space for the next day.
Reports to: Front Office Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Check guests in and out while delivering friendly and helpful service.
Process reservations wake up calls guest requests and guest concerns.
Complete nightly walks to ensure guest and property safety.
Audit and balance all daily hotel transactions in the PMS.
Reconcile reports verify postings and prepare nightly summaries.
Restock lobby amenities such as coffee and counter sales times and ensure guest areas are refreshed.
Empty front desk and lobby trash receptacles and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Provide overall support to guests throughout the night.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Availability to work weekends and holidays as required
Comfort with computers and an ability to the property management system and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
Ability to stay alert and focused during overnight hours.
Reliable professional and able to work independently.
