Whats the job

What youll be doing:

  • Preparing updating and reviewing procedures process descriptions guidelines
  • Creating updating and implementing HR documentation and forms
  • Active searching for new solutions and improvements in HR area like processes automations etc.
  • Delivering the highest quality of service in personal administration and payroll operations by gathering reviewing and preparing data for personal administration activities and payroll input
  • Running required controls of documentation reports
  • Entering and updating data in HR and payroll system
  • Preparing documents regarding employees life cycle
  • Verifying employees work time evidence (time sheets)
  • Preparing reports data for statutory reporting ad hoc reports etc.
  • Ensuring all data is delivered and processed in accordance with set deadlines
  • Answering employees queries
  • Substantive support for HR Administration and Payroll Junior Specialist and Specialist
  • Taking active part in HR local and global projects
  • Handling highly sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity

What youll bring

What experience youll bring:

  • Min. 5 years of relevant work experience in HR Administration/Payroll area including participation or leading projects
  • Strong working knowledge of Polish labour law and regulations: personal administration work time income tax social security regulations social fund
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Proactive approach
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good command of English
  • Excel working knowledge
  • Ability to work as a part of the team and using own initiative
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Stress resilience and ability to work under time pressure
