Job Summary
Customer Description:
A regulated digital asset institution providing services for digital assets with full regulatory compliance security and operational reliability.
It operates across several global locations and supports institutional and private clients.
Project Phase: Early-stage
Project Team: PM Internal technical lead Internal Senior engineer

Hard Skills / Must Have:
5 years of hands-on experience with React Native using TypeScript
Strong knowledge of modern React patterns and state management (e.g. Zustand Jotai Toolkit)
Experience with React Query or similar server-state libraries
Experience with mobile navigation (React Navigation or Expo Router)
Understanding of secure storage and basic mobile security concepts
Unit and integration testing for React Native applications
Ability to work with native modules
Basic configuration and troubleshooting in Xcode and Android Studio
High standards for code quality and delivery
Hard Skills / Nice to Have (Optional):
Experience with banking or financial applications
Experience with enterprise-grade CI/CD for mobile apps
Familiarity with Expo modules and config plugins
Experience designing scalable mobile application architectures
Responsibilities and Tasks:
Build a mobile application from scratch (greenfield project)
Define and implement overall application architecture
Select and set up the technology stack
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and core infrastructure
Establish development workflows and best practices
Contribute to the technical foundation of the product
Collaborate closely with product management and internal leads
Participate in technical and architectural decision-making
Ensure production-ready high-quality deliverables
