Key Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of car models in the local market
Analyzing the market competition technological and regulatory trends
Defining product specifications (versions equipment pricing positioning)
Collaborating with the manufacturers headquarters (HQ) on product development and localization
Coordinating homologation processes and compliance with EU regulations
Preparing and updating price lists technical specifications and product materials
Supporting sales marketing and dealer network departments (training product argumentation)
Participating in planning market launches and new model introduction strategies
Monitoring sales results and product profitability
Skills Qualifications and Experience Required:
Minimum bachelor degree
1-3 years of experience in a similar product specialist role.
Advanced proficiency in English; proficiency in Polish is essential.
Chinese will be an added advantage.
Strong MS Excel skills and familiarity with financial functions.
Experience with SAP is an added advantage.
Excellent communication collaboration and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze large datasets and pay attention to detail.
