Executive Assistant to the Directors
Location: Notting Hill London
Salary:

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a creative Interior Design studio who specialise in luxury high-end interior projects in the UK and internationally.
If you enjoy bringing structure and organisation to busy senior leaders in a fast-paced creative environment this role will suit you perfectly.
Youll be the right hand to two Directors helping them stay focused organised and ahead of their commitments as the studio continues to grow. This position suits someone experienced confident and used to supporting senior figures within a creative or professional services setting. If youre calm under pressure comfortable making decisions and naturally proactive youll feel at home here.

- Hybrid working (1 day working from home)

Office: Notting Hill London
Hours: Full time Monday to Friday 9:30 am 6:00 pm (1 day working from home)
Duties:
- Manage inboxes filter communication and track actions for the Directors
- Structure diaries plan ahead and coordinate key meetings and deadlines
- Stay across live project commitments and required follow-ups
- Prepare agendas documents and materials for internal and client meetings
- Oversee new enquiries and support the sales pipeline
- Assist with planning and scheduling social media and marketing content
Requirements:
- Must have experience supporting senior leaders in a creative or professional services environment
- Highly organised confident and comfortable handling confidential information
- Strong communication skills and able to work independently
- Proactive approach to prioritising decision-making and problem-solving
- Confident using digital tools and open to AI-supported workflows
- Someone who enjoys bringing structure and clarity to a busy studio
